Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from Prime Publishing Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.

General Policy

All of our services are custom, digital, and service-based. Due to the nature of this work, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined here. Nothing in this policy overrides any mandatory consumer rights under applicable U.S., Canadian, or U.K. law.

When a Service Is Considered Started

A service is deemed commenced once any of the following occurs: project onboarding or assignment; consultation, research, or manuscript review; draft creation, design work, or publishing setup; or third- party account configuration on the client's behalf.

Refund Eligibility

Before service begins: If no work has been performed, the client may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, excluding non-refundable administrative, consultation, onboarding, and processing fees.

After service begins but before first delivery: A partial, pro-rated refund may be considered based on documented work completed, time invested, and third-party costs incurred. Administrative and third- party fees remain non-refundable.

After first delivery or milestone completion: Once any deliverable has been provided, revisions have started, or a project milestone has been reached, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once charged or initiated: marketing, PR, advertising, SEO, or promotional services; publishing setup and distribution; ISBN purchases, domain registration, hosting, and third-party tools; government or platform fees (e.g., Amazon, IngramSpark); rush or expedited service charges; and completed consultations or strategy sessions.

Revisions Over Refunds

Creative work is subjective. Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction based on personal taste or preference. Revision rounds included in your service agreement are the primary remedy.

Client Responsibility

No refund will be issued if delays or non-completion result from client non-responsiveness (beyond 10 business days), failure to provide required materials or approvals, repeated scope changes, project abandonment, business restructuring, or a change of mind.

Bundled Services

For packages with multiple components, refund eligibility applies only to undelivered portions. Approved refunds are pro-rated based on documented work per component.

Delivery

Deliverables are considered accepted when sent to the client's email on file or through a designated portal. Delivery is complete after three documented email attempts, regardless of client response. Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback may suspend active services and void remaining refund eligibility.

No Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee book sales, revenue, bestseller status, rankings, reviews, media coverage, or any commercial outcome.

How to Request a Refund

Requests must be submitted in writing to info@primepublishingsolutions.com within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. Requests through phone, chat, or social media will not be accepted. Submission does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in USD. Taxes, conversion fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property After Refund

If a refund is issued, all completed or in-progress work remains the exclusive property of the Company and may not be used or distributed by the client.

Policy Updates & Governing Law

The version of this policy in effect at the time of purchase applies. This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, and does not override mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
